Do you count calories/plan out meals, or do you eat whatever you want? Can you list off what you generally eat in a day? I want your perfect body!
Urmmm… I used to be really strict with my food/diet. Keepin it as low-calorie as possible, mostly lean meats and vegetable… high protein content.
But I’m kinda just eating what I want at the moment, then hating myself for eating it but continuing anyway. Which sucks. I need to get back on a healthy eating regime! But anyway, more to the point of…. perfect body? You must of sent this to the wrong person!
One thing I do like, is getting into the habit of eating porridge/oatmeal for breakfast with blueberries, once you get used to it… it’s actually pretty fit!
